  • Qs. Are there minibars provided in the tents?
    Ans. No, there are no mini bars.
  • Qs. Do we need to carry mosquito/insect repellent?
    Ans. Since these are skin sensitive we recommend you carry your own, however, insect repellents are provided at the camp.
  • Qs. What can I buy in Ladakh?
    Ans. Pashmina Shawls, stoles and other woollen garments. Hand-woven rugs are available in the area, as well as Tibetan handicraft items including Prayer wheels, Buddhist masks, Thangka Paintings, Tibetan silver jewellery and traditional turquoise Ladakhi Jewellery. You’ll also find Kashmiri carpets, semi precious stones and jewellery etc
  • Qs. What travel documents do we need to bring to the camp?
    Ans. Valid Passport with a valid Indian visa, vouchers, travel insurance and valid domestic air tickets.
  • Qs. Can you make special arrangements for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc.
    Ans. Yes, we’d be delighted to help you plan your event.
  • Qs. Can the camp be customized for special occasions such as weddings, family Celebrations, etc.
    Ans. Yes, the camp can cater to any special occasion and customise the celebration to suit the guest requirement.
  • Qs. Do I need inoculations before coming to India?
    Ans. No vaccinations are necessary to travel to India however, foreign tourists should be in possession of a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, conforming to international health regulations, if they are originating or travelling through Yellow Fever endemic countries. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends the following vaccinations (as well as being up to date with measles, mumps and rubella vaccinations): Adult diphtheria and tetanus, hepatitis A, hepatites B, typhoid and varicella. It is advisable to check with your doctor before travelling.

    Ans. No, you are requested to make your own visa arrangements.
